Ygmir. Wait a darn minute. Regrooving with a chainsaw!? And...Those two projects look suspiciously alike. (Little squares). You're a man of many talents.

Ok. I read your link. I looked up the product and looked up the ingredients. This stuff is safer than salsa. Much safer than FireBall.

Re: Transporting gear.

Taz. Try contacting camps that do it. Google. Email the BM org. through their website. Do research here and on other sites. If you put in the time, you can do this.
How would I start that? Who would I contact first?
Contact all of them first. Good luck.

Re: Biggest MOOP in the history of Burning Man

BBadger, I'm with you. Why wouldn't it be open all the time? Seems silly to have limited hours after all the work to get it there. I don't assume this statement to be true. Then again, probably the majority of those people just paid dues and weren't actually involved in the camp's main attraction. G...

Re: Hello and greetings. Too

Satchmo, Welcome to ePlaya. You have plenty of time to get ready. (Although in August half of the things won't be done.) Read and reread everything on the BM site. ask questions. Find the local Burner community and help with planning and projects. All of this adds to the experience. We'll hug you la...

Like a giant, revolving, wild boar. I loved that piece. It was beautiful and dangerous.

Was the stack of cars this year great art? Yes. No. I don't know. I loved it. I wish it wasn't closed off. It would have been fun to watch the climbers.

Can we talk about 'Embrace' for a minute? It was beautiful art and a bit elitist. It was a huge fail as far as rules, problems and waste of manpower. Did the rules change after that?

OK. Lets just pretend that you have an 'express' lane. A lane where you roll your window down 2 inches and a Greeter quickly slips your paperwork through the slot. There have been signs up for a mile explaining the concept. I guarantee that virgins will use the lane. They will all jump out of the ca...

Re: Biggest MOOP in the history of Burning Man

When you traveled the road from the man to the temple this year did you see those 3 metal flowers off to the right? They were 12 foot high interactive sculptures from France. The freight option wouldn't get them here on time so they had them flown over. It cost a fortune. They were very beautiful. T...
