Can anyone help me source some LED electronics?

I got a pack of Quantum bits for christmas and after gluing them to my double staves I wanted to buy more until I saw the price http://www.thinkgeek.com/product/f25e/ 20$ for 8 seemed like alot, but I noticed that that are all self contained units made in china and figured there has either got to be...

A place for a piece

I need help doing something awesome for the two people who inspired me to try creating and who tipped the first domino in the series that lead to me making it to the playa for the first time this year. My sister and my friend are both long time painters and I would very much to bring a piece of thei...

Playa Coat... I haven't really started, but I have a backup and it shouldn't be nearly as labor intensive as the cutout shirt was.

Determination

Last year Deathguild and the Thunderdome came to Arizona for a "rave". I was at that party because I wanted to go camping in the desert for a few days with a big party for a background and lots of other people to meet. I had of course "heard" of Burning Man, some sort of "hi...

Re: Down with Dubstep (well—for me) Any deephouse/house camp

I Love dubstep, but I plan to wander as long as I need in order to find someone spinning swinghouse, at which point I will probably not leave until it stops. I have never had a music make me feel so consistently happy and motivated to dance as swinghouse.

Re: Appeal filed against the raised population cap of 60,900

The Burning Man organization tries quite hard to reduce the impact of the event. This problem is caused by the amount of dust disturbed by the attendees. The best solution would be for Burning Man to buy land elsewhere and hold the event there. The perfect solution would be land from an open-pit mi...

Re: Mixed Message On Feathers?

Not been to the big burn yet so take my experience with a SHAKER of salt, I went to the virgin orientation recently and of the 5 or so people in playa wear 2 had feathers as part of the outfit. All the photos galleries or videos I have seen of the burn ALL have someone wearing feathers in them. Same...

Lady in pink was awesome, as was the old guy who said chorus, verse, chorus, verse. I really like that a couple of them especially the lady in pink were open to the idea, It give me hope, the only thing I really want to avoid as I get older is getting stuck in my beliefs and behaviors. Re: Ultimate DJ List for 2012?

People get so confrontational over musical taste I never really understood why. Personally I just really hope someone plays some swinghouse on the playa. I have really been into it for a while and got to hear someone spinning it for the first time at the AZ regional. That said, I dont have a clue if...

What is of interest to me is that there is a public comment period. I am working on a essay in support of burning man being allowed a full permit of up to 70,000 as someone who has not gone. I figure the more public support it get the better.

Re: Plug & Play Camping

I can't imagine my experience being the same if I had simply paid for a ticket compared to having to plan months in advance how to survive. For me that is part of allure. But to borrow a page from psychology things are valued more when they are hard to attain. This is, no offence, the mechanism behi...
