It would probably be easiest to fly into reno and get a ride share from their to the playa.. San fransico airport is farther but you might be able to find someone or a group to ride up with. You may want to find a theme camp youd like to help out with or volunteer while you are out there. There is a...

ive learned
I've learned to appreciate the little things in life a little bit more this year I've learned that I "can" reach a point of resolve after people I love have past on from this world to the next I've learned that hairspray and braids on the playa help make my trip home much easier I've learned that yo...

the dream i had last night
I know i was in a deep sleep, dreaming peacefully, when all of a sudden a shooting pain blazing across my right eye. I scream! Too bad i will never know the dream i was having. I was suddenly woken up to the cat jumping across my face!

This is only a thought
but after reading all the post on this thread i started thinking is there anything else that might be causing a so called "decline" it what burning man should be. It just just a thought but something in me rings strong just thinking that the increase in the number of people.. from 20 to 35000 might ...

i cant believe that
Im sorry that even had to happen to you.. things like that can be so hard even if you try to just move on it gets to you. Why would someone come to burning man to put someone else down like that.. It might be about radical expression as someone said earlier.. but i also think its about community and...

some of the simplest gifts are the best
having our neighbor greet us at 230 in the morning and help us set up and show us around (it was our first burn)
the book walden- which i started reading that morning
a couple licks off a lollipop in the wee sunday morning hours
I can not wait till next year!
