No dice... just heard back from the ticket folks. They couldn't update my info, and asked that I call my CC provider and ask them to authorize the charges from Burning Man. I called them, and they told me that once the card was flagged for fraud/theft, that the number is deactivated for all purchase...

My CC company recently called me about fraud on my card, shut down the number, and sent me a new one. I just went through the contact page as Tazz mentioned above, and I've got my fingers crossed for similar results.
