Ok, thanks Junglesmacks and Trilo, I will just get on with it. Fingers crossed its all legit! The problem is Trilo that I am in the UK, and so there will be no point of paper ticket exchange, and as a 12:16-er, i am not overly sure about STEP, so as you say, I am just going to have to take a risk!

Hello again, sorry for the relentless confusion BUT if I see someone fill out the name change form then, does that mean I can 100 percent safely hand over the money, and there is no way they can cancel the change etc?

The only concern I have is that after the name change form has been filled out it takes 2 days for a confirmation of the name change...
