This system worked perfectly last year and made things soooo much easier. It really was a nightmare to get people on the playa when it was name+ID. This system is better, it's just the output that got frakked up.

Honestly, how hard would it be to come on here and say" don't worry folks, we will get you all your EA passes. There was a glitch in the system, please don't panic" Something would be nice. Especially for those coming in from far away, like the Boise crew. This is not a great way to run an operation.

I agree! some communication would go a loooooong way. I think everyone must be on a retreat. they thought they had everything wrapped up for the year and went for a relaxing weekend at some hot springs or sumthin. boy are they gonna be surprised when they get back!
