Name changes

Does anyone know how to confirm with will call weather our ticket name chafe has happened? The seller got a confirmation email but we did not. Is [email protected] who handles the name change?

Did your confirmation come from [email protected]. We are try to purchase tickets. Seller got confirmation but we did not. How do you know if it has been co firmed by burning man?
