Re: 10 Yr Environmental Impact Statement (Includes Relating to Culture)

This week I am staying at a KOA campground overflowing with wholesome families, children on bikes everywhere, rednecks showing off motorized toys they bought, retirees in $500,000 multi bathroom rv's, hot showers, flush toilets, water and electrical hookup, Wi-Fi, my sewage gets pumped every morning...

"the people who voted for him are pleased... " At least the clowns don't even have the balls to admit it's themself they are referencing. I get that Trump has elevated cowardly denialism to a heightened level of ethical delusion, but just be honest for once to yourself, you aint fooling us. So many ...

Re: Camp THREAT is accepting membership.

I am a perfect fit for your camp except for the fact I would never join a camp that would have me as a member! Exactly the feelings that led me to start my own camp. And after being in my camp there are those who then arrive at that same thought, with "I" being them, and "me" being, alas, me. Anywa...

Re: Story-driven documentary

I hope the documentary encourages others not to attend. The BLM issues, among others, is due to over saturation of promoting the event, too many people coming who've seen some video, too many bucketlisters, too many damn people. That's pretty much the result of the bulk of the content coverage in ye...

May’s Poem by Jim Daniels. “I want to write a poem about something beautiful,” I tell May, the cook. I stand against the open kitchen door Getting stoned. “That shit make you stupid.” May wrinkles her forehead In waves of disapproval. “I don’t need to be smart to work here.” The grease sticks to my ...

It's the exact same kind of outlook and people who saw the plug and plays on the playa, and now review Trump, saying- Who cares? This doesn't affect me. Why should anyone care? What difference does it make? Just go do your own party...... Same grand narrow outlook, foresight, selfishness, and apathy...

Personally, I think the brains behind using Trump to destroy the US (to make money off of destroying US nature, equality, rights, values, morality, loyalty, honesty... whatever isn't more money for an international mafia, and change international standing) used Obama to not only ignite the racist re...

Camp THREAT. BRC 2019. PSX_20190419_231341.jpg Camp THREAT is open to one or two discerning, yet strangely naive, members. CAMP THREAT charges NO* dues!!!! I was notified that other camps don't charge dues, though they have required "contributions" or fees or whatever. Camp THREAT doesn't believe in...

First Burn, huh? Which type of DJing skills do you bring? Is it the kind with one hand to the side of the head, as if listening to sonar in a hunted wolf pack sub, while thrusting the other hand in the air with an extended index finger, while electronics play pre-recorded sounds? That's my very favo...

3 to 400 does not mean 300 to 400, it means you can have a theme camp with only three people.

The reason for the K-rail, Jersey barrier proposal- In 2018, a vehicle drove through the plastic trash fence and through the walk-in camping section of the city, entering the event without authorization and at great public safety risk. The vehicle was never located by BRC or law enforcement after it...

It's sadly amusing that in other forums and threads and ideals, the problem with the cultural drift is attributed to new people not being acclimated enough to the principles by old time experienced Burners. If only this guy would have been mentored by someone more involved with the Burn, right?
