I had forgotten this book entirely. And it's amazing just how flippin' influential (and downright lifted from) this book was/is.

Excellent unauthorized 3CD set, a recreation of the '87-'88 tour, from soundboard sources. Recommended!

If you're staying at/near the airport (as I do), Crawfish Asian Cuisine (Plumb Lane, near 395) was seriously good. Even as someone who is as picky as I am about my seafood (and Chinese food, for that matter), this place has impressed me every time I've gone.
