I think that the jury is still out on the effect of Koyoto on the Ameican economy. If one is worried about gutting the American economy, maybe we shouldn't be outsourcing so many jobs, spending billions on war in Iraq, or giving tax cuts to the richest amongst us. It is just a question of priorities...
