Prism Magic usually sells ones made out of Oggs - great quality (not the conversions that fall apart) - call ahead to make sure she has them this year.

Re: making a 2nd trip for H2O

In our camp, we take a 2.5 gallon jug (the squared off kind with the handle on top and faucet) of water that's empty, cut a flap in top, and fill it with ice. Cover with a towel or blanket and keep in the shade, or a large cooler, and you'll have a slow steady supply of cold clean water. If it's too...

Re: Has anyone used these goggles before?

Thanks for the scoop - I restocked on goggles but unfortunately some I didn't notice were coming from another country and may not make it in time - I ordered a pair of these just in case :P You can never have too many pairs right? As a note about them not getting really dark in the day - if you aren...

Try contacting Lauren at http://prismmagicclothing.com/ She's a friend of mine and was our minister for our (legal, off playa) wedding. I know she has 4 weddings on playa and working a lot of shifts out there this year, but she may be able to help. There's also an email on the main site for weddings...

start walking and looking around. you'll get a map at the gate, it should show the locations of the installations, but basically just walk away from the city blocks (there's art there too of course) toward the Man and toward the "top" of the map you can see online of the city. you won't have any tro...

i see on the list we're actually at 6 and Evolution - E is Extinct, Evolution is the outer ring around center camp. (6 and Evolution is pretty much the same as 6 and DNA, however.)

I thought it was a typo until i looked closer at the map! :P
