Re: Fifth Wheel

I have a 3/4 ton Dodge Ram that is a short bed and a 32ft Fifth Wheel trailer. So you never towed it? :?: Just curiose, how did you end up with these? Fifth Wheel

I have a 3/4 ton Dodge Ram that is a short bed and a 32ft Fifth Wheel trailer.

I have been told I can't pull the trailer with a shortbed because it will hit the cab. In this economy, I can't sell the truck and I can't sell the trailer.

Any advice - Please?

Thanks in advance.

Bob Bud - You silly Urban Cowboy. <etc> Congratulations. I use dowsing to find pipes I already know are there, either from utility maps, paint marks or visible junction boxes, and still give a wide berth before drilling or digging. Sounds like you used dowsing to find groundwater you already knew w...

Bob Bud - You silly Urban Cowboy. It doesn't matter if we found an old car or your exgirlfriend (boyfriend.) We did a blind test and we all found the same locations. We will still drill in the most convenient spot to the house. No jerking here. We will have the water tested for purity. The neighbors...

Update - Four of us went out to the Ranch to try water dowsing using one set of brass welding rods about 3ft in length bent into an "L" shape. We all decided to believe it was real and it would work so we set up a "course" and used a hand held GPS to mark the locations. We sent one person out at a t...

Thanks for the input. The Driller drilled the wells for the neighbors that share our west fence and the neighbors that share the north fence. He showed me their "drilling schedule" which listed depths and soil types. I can see both of their wells from our work site. We all own 40 acres of varied ter...

Water Dowsing

Does anybody have experience with Dowsing? We are building a home north of Reno and are ready to put in a well. The driller requires us to pick the spot to drill and suggested we hire a Dowser. I am going to give it a try myself and wondered if any one here has any suggestions?

Thanks

We don't know whether UBU "had" to explain it to others, but I'll be happy to explain myself: He had no reason to call the OP a whore except for his own empty judgement. I had no reason to call his alleged wife a whore by the same logic. He rejected my argument while standing by his own even though...

I premake about a dozen copper wire pendants and then make about another hundred sitting in my camp having great conversations with anyone who will stop by.

Word of caution - Don't solder in the buff or at least use a welding curtain to cover your bits.

I am thinking about making a detachable sidecar to attach to a mountain bike. My concern is that it would be too difficult to pedal. Does anyone have experience with this. We had a brand new Coleman 12 person tent last year. Three poles bent in half from one gust of wind. I had extra rebar which I cut into 2 foot lengths and duct taped to the broken poles. Definitely use plenty of rebar stakes and good strong rope. Please mark or cover your stakes to minimize injury.

It's probably a theme camp. You will risk shooting the very person that came to make your experience a wonderful one. I don't know the statistics, and not inclined to research it, but there are plenty of theme camps that don't register, but still need their space. .. Not to be rude but I must take ...
