While I have never been to Norway... I was raised by my beautiful Norwegian Grandmother and would claim to be just as Norwegian as I am American. Ok... this might sound a bit naive but I want to be absolutely clear. I am flying into Reno and can't construct one of the marvelous domes of BRC legend and I have a nice backpacking tent which I will be sleeping in but I also bought a nice camping shade structure this year which has stood some toug...

It will be my first BM and I live in DC. I would love to know how people usually travel to BRC and any related advice. Thanks!

Good stuff in this thread. I am flying from DC/MD area to Reno. This will be my first trip to BM and can't wait. I don't have friends on the other side and will have to pack all my own gear. I will check out some of the suggestions here! Thanks for the help.

Hello All! This will be my first burn. I have been scoping out this site and getting information about the festival for a little over a year. 05 is my year! I have the roll up bags and they have been great for me. I have a few different sizes and would not be able to fit as much in my pack if I didn't use them. I also like that I can put whole outfits together so they keep me organized and next day's clothes separate from the elements. I would not recom...
