It quite frankly gives me the willies, the bit about people who have left this world. It is not based on community if a person such as myself has differing views on the afterlife. I'd love to see a temple for the community to worship, contemplate or reflect in their own spiritual way, just not desi...

2004 was my first trip Home. And of all the amazingly cool shit there is to see and do out there on the playa YOUR SHOWS blew me away the hardest and made the deepest and longest impression on me. I've seen your shows at the Fillmore and the Independant, but it always kinda saddened me that you stop...

Cool if that's the case. If you could pass word on to him (just to make sure) and have him reply, that would be more-or-less awesome. (The guy who can't go would like the ticket to go to someone who helped our camp, but he's getting antsy about holding it, too. So the dude gave me until this afterno...

Calling BurnerBoy33

You asked me to keep an eye out for an extra ticket. I have a line on one, you still need it? Reply here if yes, and we can figure out something.

(PM system here is being obstinate, that's why I didn't just call you - that's where your phone number is.)

Be a *little* careful with them though. Cut up zipties or chunks thereof tend to wind up as moop. It's not as bad as nails/screws/staples/blinkies/cigarette butts/pistachio shells, but they are noticeable.

What about a special celebrity petting zoo? You could actually watch and touch real live celebrities. Wild ones would be in special pens that look just like their real environments. Tame celebrities could be in petting pens. We'd need a special celebrity hunter safari crew to go out and trap them o...

Maybe having it the same week as the holiday makes things easier...? One extra day of burn time (or one extra day for travel) without having to take time off from work makes sense to non-school-attending folks. You might not like the reason, but 'tain't stupid. You don't like it, ask the org *nicely...

I was just going to suggest a little red Radio Flyer wagon. Between what you can carry yourself plus pull along behind you, you should be set. For that matter, if you still have too much to tote, ask for help from the camps you'll be performing for - seems fair enough, anyways.

We stick our regular $30 tents and use a carport for our shade structure. Leaving one side or end open for ventilation still cuts down the wind and lets you breathe a little easier. It gets kinda hot during the day, but you're not in your tent then, right?

Save on postage - try and find somebody else in your area who's reliable enough to bring them out to the playa for you. Ideally somebody else from your camp, or who's helping out w. Megapixels and is already delivering a bundle of fabric.
