My confirmation email finally arrived. Now the planning gets going for real.

I gave up temporarily, shutdown my laptop running windows updates and went back to work. Came home a couple hours later and it let me back in line, a couple of minutes later and I was able to buy tickets, but I haven't got my confirmation email yet. I sent a brief message to ticketsupport@ before I got on here, based on your suggestion I sent another message with screen shots. I missed last year due to the lottery, I really want to go home this year.

So I was in line and waiting 30 seconds after noon. I briefly lost connection a few times over the next hour or so, then the message changes to my passcode is not registered and "You have reached our limit for trying. Please contact customer support for more information."
