One solution, albeit a little expensive, might be to use a homebrew kegging system. They use 5 gallon soda kegs, and a CO2 tank. I don't think it would be too difficult to patch it in to a misting system, and you could set the pressure on the CO2 tank as high or as low as you want. These setups run ...
