I heard a rumor last year that their was a reno based company that delivers gases to the playa, such as propane, helium, etc. Has anyone heard of this? Are they doing it this year? @ 2004 for there was a floating sculpture that used weather balloons to suspend it above the playa. Does any one know this artist? I have a project for 2005 that requires similar balloons and have a few questions about their usage.
