I did, and aside from some info on how fast the queue might move, I did not see any tracking.

Hey, can people who get STEP tickets also share when they entered the queue? I missed the notification and got in about 24 hours after the buyers queue opened. Knowing when people got in would give us a sense of how far into it the system is.
