So i am building a trike towed "party cart". Any suggestions on how to gear down the trike to make towing easier? I am doing the exact same shade/rope method. How long are you per-cutting your rope sections? I was thinking 20ft would be a safe length to do the trucker's hitch. Giving it a test run on thursday.
