Perhaps this has been answered elsewhere, but assuming 35,000 vehicle passes @ $40 each, BMORG stands to benefit to the tune of $1,400,000.00. That money is NOT going to be given to the Nevada Dept of Transportation, or to the BLM. The money is going to find its way into someone's pockets. Whose?
