Best way to organize your mobile playa supplies...

Pull the clip-on belt off a pair of outdoorsy pants. After putting on sarong, clip the belt around it. No more sarong flying off in the wind. Pod Belts... a heavy-duty belt with useful attachments (and many places to attach more things). At all times, I have water, lighter, pen, paper, trading card...

Oh, fine, be that way.

Someone's already got a polka dot campain in the works... but with no one to take the name, they're failing miserably.

And, I like paisley... reminds me of sperm. I think that should be YOUR new nickname!

Thanks Paisley!

Oh, I see how you are. But who is sending your Gig-Card to the printer, huh? Who can make any little change she wants without you knowing it? Who can add "Trey's favorite movie is Howard the Duck in blacklight ink on your card? Who, I ask? That's right, me. You better keep that plaid safe, young man...

>>We do allow a large number of video crews to film each year. I'd guess we turn down 20-30 based on what they want to shoot, which is typically exploitive, lowest-common-denominator stories. While I agree that one of the duties of the BM media ptb is to proctect BM and it's "image," I don't recall...

A reply from both VH1 and BM...

I think it's safe to call this one a dead issue. From VH1: I appreciate your request and I don't think we are going to be doing a BM piece.  I do, however, think I am going to attend with all the great stories I'm hearing.  I hope that is okay with you. From RonJon (BM): Wow. that's very interesting...

If you are on a PC, use netscape. I don't know why... I've been trying on IE for 2 hours... but in a last-chance try before I gave up and went to bed, I tried netscape. It gives you error messages instead of error pages, and makes it easier to hit submit over and over... I got in on my third try, an...

Not to be elitest...

Not to be elitest... But do we really want the general television audience knowing about Burning Man? Jerri quietly wearing her pendant, great... but more than that... ? Are we asking for trouble? I do love that she's listed Mutatyor as her favorite band (on her profile)... and hope they don't edit ...

Anyway on to my point. You run into an unwritten online rule that I hit last week. Posting somebody's emails even if they were sent to you is considered wrong and a breech of online etiquette. (No matter how nasty they get, regardless of how much I thought it helped communicate my story, the majori...
