If I remember correctly, last year, it was around the June / July time frame. You will get prior notification when they are going to be sent.

2 Tix and VP purchased. Took about 4 minutes total. The waiting room is weird, though. For me, the screen showed a minute wait, and then the time went to 8 minutes. After about a minute wait on the "8 minute" mark, the little green barreled across the screen to "less than a minute". About 15 seconds...
