Where should I go if looking for someone with space on a truck going from L.A. to the Burn?

Isn't there a bike rental outlet located on the playa? I seem to remember hearing about one when I was at BM 2003, but can't find any references on the site. I'm coming from Prague this year, so I need to arrange for bikes ASAP. Can anyone point me to any good resources?
