Totally agree with you and not being negative toward BM in any way. Just trying to give and find comfort with my fellow burners waiting for feedback from BM

Your not alone, I'm waiting also. I wish we could get just a little more into other than the auto reply, I feel as if I'm being a pest asking. I offered to help out, as I'm local, but didn't here back !!

I am in the same boat. I found my item in Flick and contacted BM and got the auto reply. I do not want to bug them as I'm sure they are really busy getting all the stuff back to dim wits like me that do not label my stuff, but it would be nice to get something anything other than an auto reply.
