It looks as if it's stuck in 12:00:22, all the people that have got their STEP email since they where sent have that timestamp. It is starting to feel pretty fucked up for me (12:01:16)...

Is there any possible way of knowing what position of the queue you are in? Managed to get in at 12:01, I think that gives me some sort of good odds.
