It was 72*f in Gerlach an hour ago, can't that hot there today... Dusty it always is after a couple days... You get a whole new appreciation for water trucks after a few days....

Adding a sight tube is easy... You can get a 1/2" rubber grommet and a 1/2" 90* barb fitting at your nearest hydroponic shop.. You'll need a 13/16" spade bit for the hole, and some 1/2" clear tubing... It'll only take a few min. to upgrade the bucket..

I live an hours drive from downtown Death Valley, so i've been kicking around making 12 volt swamp coolers for the last 20 years..... Tried using fiberglass, it took too long to make a unit and was just too nasty to work with.... Fortunately, for me at least, i discovered vacuum forming, and how lit...
