Re: Shade fabric HELP
Hi Canoe, This photo shows the SilviShade and how we 'managed' the sag with the diagonal rope. https://www.dropbox.com/s/yb7f8jc1fxnrfqr/_MG_9310.jpg?dl=0 The shade cloth came edged with grommets every two feet. We purchased the ball bungees from Shade Cloth Store also but if ordering again we would...

Re: Shade fabric HELP
Try these guys. We ordered over 40 units of the 10 x 12 and we're extremely pleased with the heat resistance and shade. Much cheaper than Aluminet. https://shadeclothstore.com/product/silvishade-80/ Note we needed to run a line of thin rope diagonally from corner to corner of the shade to stop the s...

Re: Alternative Camping Solution
Need a floor plan drawing. Show metric and imperial. What materials are fire proof? Size of the glory hole? Are the seams sealed (wind/dust/hot air)? How robust are the tie-down attachments? (sewn to the material, or loop back around the fixture that takes the poles, or what?) Tent-peg attachment p...

Re: Alternative Camping Solution
Your site doesn't say a lot, the price seems comparatively reasonable. What materials is the tent made from? What about the supports? R value? Spare parts? Warranty? Is support available in the US? I don't want to nit pick but if you intend to sell these in the US these are all questions the averag...

Alternative Camping Solution
Aghast at the prices of the no bake tent and the shiftpod for our camp we decided to bite the bullet and with a team of volunteer product designers we produced our own tents for the burn. We had a minimum order quantity so ordered many spares which were snapped up by our neighbors and friends. In th...

Hi whattime,
Let me know if you find anywhere we would be happy to split costs and even cook you meals (if you are lucky).

Farm or maker space from 5 - 19 August
Hello fellow burners, My partner and I have been running Rubber Armstrong Camp for the last 5 years from abroad (London, then Sydney and now Amsterdam). As you can imagine this presents some logistical problems that we manage to overcome each year. This year one of our saving graces, a disused airfi...
