Scammers will (should) not be able to sell any tickets above the Art donation tickets ($1200) as long as those are available.

What is the Speed of time?

. . . imagine time stepping everywhere at the same second,
every slowing down of time simultaneous everywhere (similar to expansion of inbetween space)would result in redshift of the moving light.

Can work for accidentally misplaced items . . . Not many thieves will leave the ID tag from original owner attached.

Another way to identify owners would be taxing guns.
As with insurance this could be a way to register ownership.

You could use a center post with foam strips outward touching both doors. That would only require a small overlap of the fixed wall and the used door.
