I make bundles of 3 pieces conduit, wrap them with electrical tape, and combine those in to larger groups which I lock down with ratchet straps on our trailer roof rack. Loose pieces in groups larger than 3 are more prone to shifting/settling and stretching things out over the course of a long drive.
