Re: The Car Thread
A $300 vette. Nice! Even has the top! With so many american car people on here, figured everyone got it, but if you didn't, the blue car with the Lotus, is the Lister Corvette. Probably a very early year too. The black car is a 1957 Dual Ghia. Here's a favorite view of mine. Should be an easy one. h...

There is a thread somewhere on that.
I got to discuss his philosphy with him, and he leaned far more to practicality, than many have misrepresented him to be.

Amazing these days, isn't it? That shot was taken in your area, I think. The Lotus is in Santa Barbara. The american car is really loud! I was just at Bonneville and saw customs taken out on the salt by spectators. Bonneville made me so happy! The center of the planet for crazy ass racing weirdness....

Nice car, Magnum. I remember a pair of small tanks out there, that could do maneuvers with each other. V cool. Here's the best part of california culture. Going canyon carving after a race. Re: Can I leave a physical ticket at will call?
That seems to have no effect on them showing up trying. They would have killed and eaten me for a ticket. "Dude, got a ticket to sell?" Looked like rainbow gathering rejects. Problem was people with hard tickets in hand with others inside couldn't pick them up without someone standing by the gate no...

Re: Can I leave a physical ticket at will call?
They would not hold hard tickets that were not will call this year.
This resulted in people with hard tickets waiting for them, being D lotted with the hordes trying to buy a ticket with no shot at all.

Travel costs do that.
All they can do is discourage some people from going at all.

I can't swear to it, but I think they used to do this.

Re: Amperage draw before and after DC to AC inverter
Yes, I was just trying to make it clearer for people that find it so baffling. It's all the same thing. Amperage matters when the voltage is lowered. It's simply an amperage comparison as long as voltage doesn't change. Important thing is to realize that sizes for 120 volt will not work for the same...
