Summer Lake Hot Springs is popular and inexpensive. http://www.gwally.com/directions/ has suggestions, but not updated. If you continue up 97 into Washington, there is beautiful country before heading West to Seattle. The Washington State + BC ferries are also a nice option. Thanks for the advice. ...
