Jafe, I feel your pain. A while ago I visited a yard in Sacramento where a guy had accumulated a lifetime of surplus "treasures" from nearby McClelland AFB. He was being forced to clean it all out. As a friend and I walked around and bought a few tidbits, I commented to my friend: "You know, I am at...

Piece of cake. Remove the curved section to make room for pedals. Weld in suitable section from bicycle. Replace casters with axles from dead lawn tractor, but use smaller wheels. Ride. (Then get arrested for stealing shopping cart.)

Fjord Motor Company

Regarding the Fjord Motor Company mentioned above, here is Henrik Fjord testing his invention Kvadr-O-Sykkel; Norway, 1896. http://i46.photobucket.com/albums/f102/Elliotn/img011.jpg Now that I'm pretty confident with this newfangled "scanner", I'm going to try "Photoshop Elements 4.0". Well spoken, Herr Oberst! Or, actually, I should say Well spoken Mr. Norman, as we are out of character for a moment. I am new to posting here, but I think I have grasped the concept. And I offer this thought to perhaps help clarify -- or help people find -- the line of good taste. It's all about co...
