Re: Limits of rope lights?

something else about rope lights. I was offered a few long rolls free, so I tried them out. close to the power supply end, the lights are bright, but further away, like 20 - 20 feet they are dimmer, and at about 100 feet from the power supply, not worth the effort.

your mileage may vary

Re: Nevada’s Live Entertainment Tax & What it Means for BMan

"Notably, all boxing matches, NASCAR races, and professional and college sporting events when the Nevada-based home team is playing have been exempted from SB266, even though those events clearly constitute “live entertainment.”"

Thunderdome is tax exempt.

Re: Mutant Car for 2016 cons and pros...

Start communicating with DMV sooner rather than later. Some ideas are not going to be approved and it is better to find out early. MV approvals are sometime late spring. This is barely enough time before the event to construct something with enough WOW factor to get on-playa final approval. Lighting...

Captain! This may be it! I've seen this several times with hydraulic brakes that dragged! The master cylinder must come all the way back! Ages ago in auto mechanic school they drilled this into us. Likely it is the same with a hydraulic clutch. ("Why didn't I think of that?!") EspressoDude, you may...

CG: does the clutch pedal pushrod become completely 'loose' when the pedal is up? this allows the master cylinder refill port to open and equalize/bleed all the fluid from the slave cylinder, tubing, master cylinder, to the reservoir. without doing this there will always be pressure on the slave/pus...

A 'real' burner takes all the stuff that they have taken to the event the last 10 -15 years, pulls it out of wherever it got dumped, heaps it in a pile, and lights it

volunteer tickets, in my humble experience, are actually a letter that arrives sometime June or July. If your plans are flexible enough to wait until then, don't BUY a ticket. If you don't get the letter/ticket, try buying a regular ticket then..........

commented earlier almost all rental rvs have the same storage bin keys. the tab on the back of the lock is usually tweaked. the aluminum frame that the lock tab engages is flimsy and usually bent from putting gear in and out of the bin. about half the time one or more locks wont latch. look on craigslist for fat tire. one fat tire bike complete $125 seattle right above a listing about a stolen one. another myrtle creek $200 also check Goodwill Capt.: I do like the double rim idea. looking at your tricycle, the tires seem way too narrow for 1700 - 2000 pounds. probably always sinking into the playa so you are always driving uphill trying to climb out of the ruts. exploding final drive components says too much load.

watch out for visitors to your bar offering to gift the bar/bartender various items.
