Re: Getting Water at Gerlach: Pros and Cons?

Does anyone know what the Empire Store charges for the 2.5 gallon jugs that I have been buying in Reno? (I learned after the 1st year NOT to lug water up the hill...not only does it save gas, it makes my van's engine happy). If it's not much more than the Save-Mart in Reno, I'd love to support the s...

Re: How do I contact Anonymous Village to ask for a camp sit

I haven't stayed with Anonymous, but am also a clean & sober burner. Congrats on making it home! Other clean & sober camps you might want to check out for meetings or just to hang out in during your time there: Hokey Pokey (usually at the 3 o'clock Portal) and Camp Stella (it looks like they are on ...

Re: Gate lines for early entry?

Hey, I drive that slow. I am a responsible burner in an old vehicle with a rusty suspension system. And no A/C, so the windows are open if at all possible (except for last year, it was frikkin cold When I drove up Sunday, and I was wet from being rained on in Wadsworth). Also, if you drive to...

Anyone know what is going on with Cafe Village?

I've been with Cafe for the last 3 years I've gone to the burn, but haven't heard anything from them concerning shifts, whether they have a spot for me in the Village, etc. I've emailed the mayor and my shift manager. Does anyone out there have any information?

Hi, I'm clean and sober and need a camp. I have a van conversion and the camps I want to volunteer with don't know if they have room for my van. Do you guys? and do you have a generator, I can donate gas for? I need to plug in occaisionally to recharge my battery.
