Just don't be that guy that parks in the middle of camp and leaves early forcing people to move their tents. In other words park next to the street and head 5mph on your way out. Oh! Even though greaters love talking to people, you need to keep to the right on your way out early. Ok? Ok.

I'll be painting on the playa, but wont be using an easel since I like to paint horizontally. An idea for you, and an easel would be to add blocks of wood with holes drilled into them on the feet of the easel. Then place re-bar in said holes. That should keep it open and in place. For your canvas on...

If you stake it right, along with doing other things. A few 10x10's together are nice. Some of the burners from my area did it last year. They used something like the Groundmaster Post's, along with a good rail up. Some ties, and duct tape keep things together. Only once did anyone feel the need to ...

One thing I did my first year was wonder around and helped people on the first few days. Mostly with things I knew how to do. (Like light set-up, running cables, networking) Tho, I would suggest that you, you know, ask first before helping out on something. Along with making clear of what you can or...

Toolmarker. What I was getting at with the "Park public restrooms" was what I'm used to. A small (no more then 15' x 8') building made of brick, or cedar block. Holes at the top and bottom for ventilation, and normal do not have stall doors. During the time I didn't have a place the park restroom wa...

Dress up a lot of people as "Statues of Liberty". Then have people dressed up as "Civil liberties" running around them. The only natural thing is to have the Statues beat down on them.
