That actually looks like a decent tent and price. The devil is in the details, of course. A lot depends on how strong the poles and ropes are. I don't think I've seen anyone using that specific tent. I have to agree too! Looks like a good tent but the major questions are: 1) How much does it weight...

All I know about this subject is that you don't get the ear plugs you get in a gun store or shooting range. Those ones will block tons of noise but your ear will hurt after a few hours.

Re: Sex

If you want to attend a lecture or a seminar on sex, you're in luck. But the whole sex scene is pretty tame or so very underground or it so pales in comparison to the art, the wonderful insta-good neighbor vibe, that it didn't really register. About the absolutely best way it can be put. There is a...

Be kind to your gear and it will serve you well. If you zipper gets a little stuck, which it will, be gentle on it. I caught a guy trying to "fix" a zipper to my tent and I stopped him from breaking. A little gentle work and you can unzip it.

Get a cheap Walmart tent for $60 (9 person tent) and be done with it. Get rebar stakes for each point that touches the ground and for the rain fly. Your total cost will be about $75 and if you treat it right, it will last 3 or 4 burns and a dozen burner events. Worst case, it gets lost/destroyed at ...

Domes?

I was a big dome fan until I saw a metal pipe Yurt this weekend. It was made of the same material that a dome is made of but in Yurt form and it looked like it covered the same space as a dome but used less material. Of course, you can't hang stuff from it like a dome but on the plus side, it looks ...

IMNALBPOOT (I am not a lawyer but play one on tv) and will go out on a limb and say that you must be over 18 to enter any adult themed camp. You should also post it too.

Exposing those under 18 to adult activities may not only get you in trouble with BLM but also our local friendly sheriff.

\/ Do you have to vent the bag?? Nope! You don't seal the food inside as a "perfect fit", there is some extra room inside. So, if the food expands it has the room. The other cool thing about the sealer bags is that you cut them at the top, near the seal, take out the food and then roll them up real...

Vodka straight use to be one of my favorite drinks. A double of a high end vodka with a twist of something, like lime. Then sip it slowly and let the burn slide down my throat. If you get around the right people, Burningman can be a sex positive event. If you don't want sex, get around the right people and it can get a great non-sex event. I am a little late to the party but I will give my two cents on the whole subject. You need to change your mind set on the ticket and look at it in a business manner. The key word is "sunk cost". The ticket is a $250 sunk cost. If you do not sell it and recover your funds, it is a $250 sunk cost. Yo...

You will not be able to sleep after 10:00a in a tent. Shade helps a lot.

What I need is some cammo netting but the problem is that it is fairly expensive. I just need to know where to get it without spending a ton of money.

Anyone know where I can get enough to shade a 18 x 9 tent and not spend more than $40 or so?
