So there was this dome about 1000' (hard to tell of course) out from the esplanade around 10:00. At night each vertex of the dome had led lights. Inside people sat on the padded floor. i think if you use light shade cloth, say 60% it could work.

drill holes in the top of the pvc to zip tie the shade cloth to.

make sure to guy line the corners down to more rebar and I say you got a decent solution
