Re: The person below me

No. But I was tickled to see my phrase "Lone Ticketing Genius" in a thread title. That now I think about, maybe have been an old title retitled. The gods, and Trilobyte, work in mysterious ways.

TPBM has thanked The God That Leaves Money in Parking Lots.

Re: Suggested Couples Therapy Camp

I'm sure there's something around Tahoe. Or Shasta. All locations at the burn are subject to viewsheds containing ramshackle camp construction. And while it's important to be aware of any partners' needs, the burn isn't really a couple's therapy type place.

Re: Gifting & Decommodification..... I have some useful gifts, but........

One year (before they start color-coding them) ESD had at least a few lanyards from a Bail Bonds company. I think someone got a pile of them for free, so they figured, "Why not?" I remember that. Scott wouldn't use them--he was rather square, in a way. It may have been more than one year. Not...

Unread Posts

There used to be a function that let you read all the threads that had unread posts in them, lined up from newest to oldest. Once I no longer read everything on the board, it was quite useful. Now, I'm jumping from sub-forum to sub-forum in an awkward way. I liked it and miss it.

You're overthinking Sometimes an artist can do a piece of art in a matter of hours, or even minutes, but it took years to learn how Artists aren't special people; each person is a special kind of artist (and I got that from a geology professor) Technique is an important part of art Art is part of t...

Re: The person below me

I am an odd combination, fussy and (somewhat) novelty seeking. I think I've hit the trifecta on the cilantro/soap thing, the beer/soap thing, and the bitter cruciferous thing, which does have me tip toeing around a lot of things. But I get bored easily. And it's sort of a balancing act for me. I onl...

Environmental documents are bureaucratic, technical, legal, and scientific (is that right, I'm pretty sure I...
