I'm sure you've all seen it before, but I showed the virgin I was bringing halycons video about gifting so he could get his head around it.

I think I'll be showing it to everyone I try to explain gifting to, he says it much better than I could

I think we did it on Thursday morning so it looks like the one on google earth was taken on Wednesday......to be honest my memory is hazy so I'm not sure what day we actually did it

I agree about the undercovers, i'd prefer them to be blunt and stupit about it instead of thinking you're making a friend chatting for an hour and then BOOM you're in bracelets!! If I felt that anyone I got chatting to could be a cop it would make me suspicious and less engaging with people, at leas...

it was more of a foam shower/party

a load of people would hop in the tub then they would destroy everyone with foam and then hose everyone off, it was great fun and super refreshing!!

are you aware of the technique of throwing your foot over on to the back wheel to slow the bike down???

its not as effective as actual brakes but it served me well as a child.... dont expect much rubber left on the sole of your shoe afterwards

i remember people saying to make a humidifier for your guitar case.
you just wet a little bit of sponge and put it a plastic tube.

I brought a little travel guitar last year and it was grand, i didnt really do anything special. Wouldn't bring my main guitar though.

If i get past security with it i think it should be ok, its only about 2 foot long, maybe half a foot wide, smaller than alot of peoples carry on hard suitcases.

i might be able to fit it into my check in bag I was just exploring my options

Thanks for the responses.

I think it should be ok for size, the whole setup folds up small enough.

I must check for that prohibited items list, continental website is a bit of a nightmare to navigate.

Tent as Carry-On?

Does anyone have any experience of brining a tent on an plane as carry on baggage?

Would the poles/pins be considered a weapon?

Its a continentail flight in particular.

Just trying to figure out how to arrage my shit.

I would say camp with a group, you'll instantly meet people and then you can try and figure out who are the wildest.

If you camp alone people might think you are an undercover....thats not the case is it?!?!?!

Google Jim Jones and Jonestown. I know, he's from Ireland and my high school was right across the street from Evergreen, in the early 80s... But that's something I thought everyone knew. We can offer brownies, s'mores, cooling refreshments and cooling mist, campfires, some cold food storage, LOTS of laughs and fun. Any idea where would be a cool place to stay and how do we reserve a spot? We won't be arriving until very early Thursday morning. Thanks for helping out us poor virgins...
