Re: NEW EPLAYA AND UPGRADES COMING

Forgive me if that has already been answered, but... are there other color options? I find this board really hard to read. I looked thru the user control panel & couldn't find anything.

Re: Highest Price Found

I dunno... if you sell it for face on ebay, it's probably just gonna get re-sold for way more $$. I think you have to talk to the person you're selling it to, make sure they're really going.

Re: All Good festival (West Virginia)

It's a really beautiful area. The venue is all hills, quite a change from Burning Man! :)

It's kind of reached capacity though imo. I think there were over 30,000 people this year, and it doesn't seem like it can comfortably handle too many more.

All Good festival (West Virginia)

Pretty Lights made this tune just for his set there, and the photos I took over the last few years. Definitely one of my favorite festivals, the vibe/energy on that mountain, especially at night, is hard to beat. I've been home for over 5 days & still feel charged up from it. =] [youtube]http://www....

All mainstream media in this country is controlled by far right ownership. Example: Fox News. I watch it for it's entertainment value. Especially when I wath Glenn Beck. I have to laugh when I watch him because he's such an alarmist. Him and that chalk board... Fuck. I hope I didn't open up a can o...

Huh? My point was that nature is often seen as 'survival of the fittest', but it's much bigger than that. Even Darwin stressed more cooperation than competition, but that's not how he's usually paraphrased.

Sort of, but so is cooperation.

This film does a great job at illustrating that -

Pyramid Lake indians, neo-Nazis & corrupt cops =[

May 24th - A Pyramid Lake Paiute family was attacked by neo-Nazi skinheads at a Fernley, Nevada, convenience store, east of Reno. Family members were beaten with a crowbar and baseball bats, and stabbed. The neo nazis tried to cut off Bonta's braid. The victim, Bonta, was then arrested because of th...

Do you think that 'evil' exists as an actual force, or is it just the lack of those qualities that we generally accept as 'good'? I'd like to believe that people are inherently good, but sometimes act out of their own fear, confusion, delusion, etc. But honestly... some people really make me questio...

Get some quinoa! It's the healthiest grain & one of the few that's a complete protein. And it's delicious, imo. I like red the best, but they're all good.

My very 1st slideshow set to music. A good amount of BRC pics in there, plus other fests & some recent road trips. Complete w/ built-in cheesy pan/fade effect! I'd love to do a proper one sometime, but you gotta start somewhere..

I swear that something is going on the world that is making everyone fucked in the head. I'm not sure what it can be--maybe so many wireless signals bouncing in the air, or the immediacy of the internet world. I am noticing the same thing that Maryanimal is seeing. Irrational and selfish outbursts ...

"If you want to see the brave, look at those who can forgive. If you want to see the heroic, look at those who can love in return for hatred." ~ Bhagavad Gita I've been really trying to live by this, though it's not always easy. However, I've found that it's not really any easier not to live by it.

I'm sorry you're hurting, if that helps any. I've found that it feels good to forgive the person anyway (in due time), regardless of whether or not they eventually apologize. Even if they don't deserve my forgiveness, it helps me to forgive them & release the energy from the situation. Forgive, but ...

I had much more fun there last year than Burning Man.

I went out of mind and then came to my senses By meeting a magpie who mixed up his tenses, Who muddled distinctions of nouns and of verbs, And insisted that logic is bad for the birds. With a poo-wee cluck and a chit, chit-chit; The grammar and meaning don't matter a bit. The stars in their courses...
