LEO has pulled MV's over for not having a red, rear facing light. At a minimum, zip tie a red bike light somewhere on the rear, probably by your DMV sticker.

Seems to me the restoration crew should be the final say if feathers are allowed in BRC or not as they are the ones who stay for a fuckin month or longer cleaning it up...
