We are a small theme camp w/ bar at 2:00 and Coral Reef. We love guest DJs, so pay us a visit when you're in the neighborhood! We have turntables and RCA jacks, no in-house CDJs.

Yeah! Vinyl rules, CDs drool!!

Why do I have such a hard time getting into music being spun on CD? Am I as bad as those folks dissing on DJs in general? Just one step behind?

There's just something about the sound and the way things mix on vinyl that makes the music more exciting to me. That and the everpresent possibility of the needle skipping. It's like playing an instrument on a tightrope.

I'll have some records with me as well and will come by Coral Reef to pester you guys early in the week.
