Any info. on Loto Family Players drummers?

I hope I've remembered their name right, as it was printed on their red and white baseball jerseys. They also wore red and white baseball caps. They played at Center Camp on Friday night/early Sat. morning between about 1:30 and 2:30 am (this is a vague estimate, as I had no watch), and then they moved out onto the Esplanade in front of Center Camp and continued their awesome drumming. Mostly steel-type drums, with a leader who orchestrated by blowing a whistle, but there were some other instruments as well, such as cow bells. It was really amazing drumming, and I'd love to hear more of them.

Does anybody know where the Loto Family Players are from, if they perform regularly, or if they've recorded any of their music?
