Buffy Sainte-Marie was born in Saskatchewan and she is Cree.
Since her music was blacklisted and repressed in the usa, maybe she qualifies anyway?

My grandfather, Wayne H. Castle, WWI Marine, lost a leg at Marne. His daughter, my Aunt Kay, WWII nurse and later social worker and child advocate. Her son, Bill DeVries, did the Jarvik heart implants.

And my dad, Wayne H. Castle Jr., three war vet and crusty old Master Chief.

Sometimes you don't have to look very far at all.

I wouldn't wanna piss the dude off.

He's scary crazy.

That's one badass in my book.

Plus, he WAS one of the best running backs in history, not that it matters now.

Did a show with Iggy and the New York Dolls.
He impressed me.
He makes most bands look narcoleptic.

CBGB's?
Iggy and The Stooges live blow most bands out of the water, I agree. Even now, Iggy's stage presence is remarkable, he just emanates "raw power..."
