I seem to fall in love every year at burning man...

Postby terrencehanscom » Sun Oct 05, 2008 8:39 pm

Have you ever fallen in love?

probably.

But what about love at first song?

Thats something entirely different...

Listen up for a story of daring chivalry, intrepid appreciation, and unabashed love for the two things that make this life worth living ::: Music and Women.

It was Monday night at burning man and I was in a shitty mood from enduring ten straight hours of dust storms carried in by fifty mile an hour winds – all. fucking. day. As the sun fell over the horizon I realized that I was really fucked up off tequila and a cocoa crispies treat my new friend paul gave me. Leaving camp with my campmates, I felt tired and depressed. “I am at the greatest party in the entire world, and leave it to me to be in a bad mood...â€

Thanks for sharing. I love those burning man moments. Things can be pretty profound out there sometimes.

Like ice, like fire,
these moments can happen anywhere,
any time.

Awesome moment.
Thanks for sharing.
I'm still not sure why you didn't at least talk to her. Sure she had a child, but that does not mean she was married. Lots of single moms out there.

I loved everything about your story, they way it was written, very detailed, It was beautiful!

09 will be my first year going, I hope it got better for you! Although she had a kid, doesn't mean she was with someone! Like Dusza said that is!

If you go this year, and see her, go and talk to her!

Maybe, it is better left a mystery. However, it's a good chance that it was Marisa. http://www.divamarisa.com/past.asp
She performs at thunder dome and center camp every year.

That's a lovely story, thank you so much for sharing Love.

I felt the same way last year, unprepared and gloomy. It happens sometimes. I am so pleased that your mood improved!
