2009 BRC postmark?

Just got home and checked my mail to see what the postmark for BRC this year was. Last year, I mailed a card to myself and friends and loved the Black Rock City postmark, with the date, zip code, man and "burn burn burn...." Did cards this year, writing as a note that the postmark was a nice souvenir, mentioned to folks I gifted the cards to that the postmark made it a nice souvenir to mail to yourself. This is what some people collect stamps for right?
The card I mailed to myself and found in my mailbox when I got home has a black ball point pen line drawn on a diagonal through the stamp.
Thank you black rock city post office, you got the best dig in the end didn't you? I gave you treats, I played your little game and I even brought my own cards and stamps. Great art that.
Was there a postmark this year? Did they cancel all the stamps with a fucking bic pen?

Were there ONE or TWO-separate Post Offices this year?
Where was the post office you used?

Good, I've been able to verify that at least one of the postcards I sent did have a postmark, so I'm 1 for 3 that I can verify. Fortunately it was one that I sent with a note about it being a special postmark, available only for a short time. that's good.

I don't think there ever is an "Official" BRC postmark. It's not an easy thing to get from my understanding. I thought somewhere I read that the stamps would be cancelled using the Gerlock post office postmark.

Not being easy to get hasn't stopped Black Rock Citizens before, has it?
Black Rock City has actually had its own postmark since 2002. Here is the article in the JRS from 2002:

and here is a picture of the stamp from one of the last years:

BTW, I've checked with the recipients of two of my postcards from this year, and both had the BM postmark.
