What happened to the sign at the playa entrance road?

Where did it go? When? It was there Sunday night/Monday morning and that's all I know. I'm assuming someone made off with it at some point. It was a tradition of mine to have a photo snapped of the playa-fied me in front of the sign on my way out... Not this year.

Now they take the sign down so that people like you don't stop to take pictures and block up traffic during exodus.

take it on the way in from now on, while you are still clean.

It was gone when we left Sunday late afternoon.

Yeah, but being playa-fied is part of the allure.

I've never seen the 3 or 4 cars at most doing the same impede traffic even while rejoining the group. All (Including myself) are always pulled clear off to the big open area to the side and out of the way. I've never SEEN a problem arise although (I'm unfortunately) not everywhere all the time and I can imagine it becoming a problem at times.
