yaayhhh, I can lift my arm today.

Drinks all around. I've got a helacious multicolored bruise on my right bicep, the deltoid is stiff, and the triceps quivers when i flex. The only real pain remaining is the point of the ligaments/ shoulder and distal clavicle. I fell saturday, took 5 days for return of full motion.

Chivas Regal please. Here's to pain and its passing. Just leave the bottle, please.

My little chili can garden is coming on well. Green beans about 2-3 inches, cukes in full squash blossom mode. Tomatoes putting on green fruit but far,far from ripe. Going to buy some pint jars this week, about 8 bucks a case. Full summer weather on now, I have to water every 2 days now. I forgot how much work a garden is, but I like the activity...
