Can you help me contact the magic carpet art car genie?

I'm pretty sure that i left my camera on the magic carpet art car and i would LOVE to contact the genie who was running it to see if he found it.

Some details:

--i lost the camera on thursday
--it was a silver powershot canon
--the car had no sides or rails....it was pretty much just a huge carpet with an ipod dock in the middle of it
--it was blasting amazing cheesy songs, like 'a whole new world', 'total eclipse of the heart' and 'take on me'.

the pictures on my camera are SUPER important to me (ie they contain the only photos of my sister's baby's birth).

If you know the name or email of the guy who runs this magic carpet PLEASE PLEASE reply to this post so that i can contact him to see if he has any information.

I may be wrong but I think the magic carpet art car was part of the Hookahdome outfit. Do asearch on that I guess. hope you find your pics.

Aren't there multiple magic carpets?

The DMV is supposed to have a database with pictures of all the art cars. I don't know if it's available to the public, though.

Yes, there are several...but only one with a seriously loud sound system.

That one is from Hookadome.

Look up Chris Van Duker here on Eplaya. There's a thread in "experiences at Burning Man" forum titled "Hookahdome". He posted in there and he is a member of the camp.

Maybe if you rub the hookah, the genie will come out.
That's probably not the right answer, though.
