I need a camp and a spot in a RV...please adopt me...

Post by flowercita » Wed Aug 19, 2009 4:50 pm

this is my first year at Burning Man. I need to join a group that has already experience in this event. Please let me in. I have my ticket already. Nothing else on plan. I am in Los Angeles.
See you soon.

Dear, you don't need to be adopted. Do the research, get your kit together. YOU are going camping. If you don't know how to do it, what will happen if you get separated from your desired benefactors? Many of us plan all year, and make things, and study options, and save money. The organization required for self-reliance and whatever comforts I might devise, are a big part of the event for me. If you need a ride, that's one thing, but asking for everything else is not in the spirit of the event. my 2 cents. I hope you make it, and gain a sense of yourself as somebody who can do what needs to be done.

You would think that with as many of these as we see every year that I would develop a thicker skin - but this one just makes me want to gouge my eyes out.

Malibu Mom still has not replied to the offer of a middle aged man and a popup...available for her and certain to provide a memorable time.

Just wonderin' but what exactly is "middle aged" ? When does Old age kick in? I remember when I was sixteen telling the older girls that "age is all in your head, wanna fuck?"
